The Operations and Practice Manager manages and coordinates administrative and clinical services for one or more of our locations.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness
· Acts as the liaison and assists with Supervision of all site employees.
· Oversees all medical, nursing, and clerical staff to ensure quality patient care.
· Prepares periodic practice metrics and statistics.
· Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
· Assists with developing the budget for site locations.
· Resolves issues arising from operations and seeks assistance/advice from other senior leaders as appropriate.
· Works with team members to ensure smooth on-boarding of new employees.
· Works with team members to bring the new dental practice on board.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher. Focus on Healthcare Administration or Business Management preferred.
Understanding of Community Health Centers a plus.
Familiarirty with 330 Grant Requirements and HRSA standards.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
