Current Opening

Office Sales Assoc.

Pay rate ($15.00-$18.00) We have an air conditioned office waiting for someone to fill it. Shift available is Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm with a 30 minute lunch at 1pm. Our customers are like family as well. They call or email everyday to place orders. These order will be taken by you, and entered into our computer system for our shipping department to then fill and ship. You will be able to make a great relationship with each customer as they normally call once a week or even a couple times a month to get their supplies. Part of the day will consist of inventory and purchasing. You will check in, fix and keep organized the movement of inventory and all inbound shipments. You will also check and manage all outgoing purchases for supplies and materials. There are other aspects to the job that can be explained during interview, but speaking to customers, making sales, Purchasing and inventory is the main job.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a good attitude, our company is built on each other, having a positive attitude in the workplace is a necessity.
• Must have ambition, with the growth we continue to experience, we need hungry purpose driven people to help everyone at OTS continue to thrive.
• Must have a good people skills, and can remain calm is frustrating situations.
• Employee must have good attendance

Experience:

• We like to see at least 3 years of customer service
• we like to see at least 3 years of sales experience

Key information:

We are a drug free company and all employees are required to pass drug testing upon hiring

Employees Receive 3 paid Personal days and 2 paid Sick Days each year after 90 consecutive work days.

Employees after 1 Year continuous employment receive 1 week paid vacation, after 3 years employees receive 2 weeks paid vacation, after 8 years receive 3 weeks paid vacation and after 16 years 4 weeks paid vacation
