SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

• Professional written and verbal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient, personnel, and propriety information.
• Ability to maintain therapeutic and professional relationships with staff, patients, and consumers.
• Must project a warm, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor in client and team interactions.
• Knowledge of and adherence to company policy and procedures.
