Accounts receivable post transactions of all incoming monies (via check, wire & ach): including but not limited to: rent, rollovers, transfers, contributions.

Handle borrower, agent and lender calls, written correspondence in timely and effective manner. Handle agent, borrower and lender escalated calls and complaints

Data entry into insurance software program. Keep track of costs, losses, renewals & new businesses in Excel spreadsheets.

Collaborates across functional areas to implement needed improvements (tools, equipment, procedures, forms, training materials, etc.).

Answer phones, reply to emails, and assist customers via live chat to help with their specific needs (Call volume can be 20-40 calls daily).
