Southwest Homes is looking for a new home sales agent to sell new factory-built and modular homes for our fast-growing, ambitious and fun company! GUARANTEED earnings of $50,000 in first year with potential of $200,000 based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, generate leads, cultivate and produce sales of new factory-built and modular homes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts in the community.
• Provide ongoing education and training to the sales team concerning new clinical and quality initiatives that improve the care of our patients.
• General understanding of business mix, overcoming obstacles/objections and developing accounts.
• Covers care/protection plans and suggests additional products to customers.
• Cooperate and build positive, inclusive and respectful relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Provide monthly reports comparing data collected to national standards.
• Supply management with paperwork after each appointment in a timely fashion.
• Maintain standard sales office hours but understanding flexibility to meet customer schedules is a priority.

Qualification & Experience:

• REQUIRED - Arizona Real Estate Salesperson/Broker License.
• REQUIRED - Minimum TWO years real estate sales experience.
• PREFERRED - Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business.
• PREFERRED - Bilingual, English & Spanish.
