Set in the gorgeous San Bernardino Mountains and equidistant from LA, San Diego, and the beach if you're looking for Christian community and work that doesn't feel like a job, we're the place for you!

As a Naturalist, you will lead a Trail Group of 5-8th graders on hikes to instruct hands-on classes in science, wilderness survival, and leadership over the course of 4 days and 3 nights. In addition to leading meals, all-camp games, campfire nights, and challenge course activities you will develop work and life skills that will grow you professionally and spiritually.

A Qualified Naturalist will have:

- A personal commitment to Jesus Christ as your Lord & Savior, and a desire to work in ministry, dedicated to drawing others to faith in God

- A high school diploma (required)

- A BS/BA/AA or higher in the field of life science, biological science, physical science, parks & recreation, or equivalent combination of education & experience (preferred, not required)

- Previous formal or informal teaching experience, including lesson planning

- The physical fitness to trail walk 1-4 miles/day (low intensity)
