Monitor all customer calls, schedule detail appointments, analyze problems and ensure optimal solutions as well as follow up on all pending issues.

Project schedule updates and field coordination of subcontractor progress. Valid California Drivers License with own reliable transportation.

Responding to calls from the sales floor in a timely and professional manner. Pulling and staging orders for each company delivery truck.

Offer product samples, answer product questions and offer assistance in finding or suggesting product selection. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Experience: A minimum of one year of personal, clinical/internship, and/or employment experience providing care or services for a frail or elderly population
