Medical receptionist: 2 years (Required). Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a medical setting preferred. High school diploma or equivalent.

Active medical licenses in area (IWC will pay for any additional licenses as needed and will help obtain said licenses). PA will work M-F NO weekend hours.

Excellent communication and telephone skills. Processes orders from initial order entry until delivery which includes working with shipping and production.

Plays a critical role in translating business strategy into technical strategy while defining end-to-end technology architectures that support the strategy.

The position also backs up the receptionist for incoming calls and assists the billing clerk with claim preparation. Our EMR system is Athenahealth.
