As the Clinic Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the ZoomCare customer experience, managing inventory, supporting providers, and phlebotomy. Details of this position:

Healthcare Administration

• Greeting all patients in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
• Guiding patients through the ZoomCare process.
• Overseeing the check- in process: verifying demographic information, talking through health insurance information, and obtaining paperwork.
• Overseeing the check-out process: preparing prescriptions and/or labels for dispensed medications, scheduling follow-up appointments, collecting payment, and sending out referrals.
• Responsible for opening and closing the clinic.

Clinical Support

• Performing lab tests on-site, operating laboratory testing equipment, and prepping labs to be sent out to appropriate lab sites.
• Supporting medical providers on-site with exams and limited medical procedures.
• Inventory management and stocking exam rooms throughout the day.
• Phlebotomy; performing venipunctures on patients as ordered by the medical provider.

Requirements:

• At least one year customer service experience
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and across multiple departments
• COVID Vaccine
