Provides service within the scope of practice as defined by the state laws governing the practice of Occupational Therapy, in accordance with the plan of care,

Keep current with sales tax, state/county/federal tax compliance and requirements. File sales tax, state tax and any other tax required.

Discuss advance care planning with responsible party upon admission and as per state regulations and complete necessary documents.

Following up on many customer-related items (e.g. balance discrepancies, maintenance updates, sales & customer inquiries, introductory calls, etc.).

Work with managers to develop learning and talent development plans that close key gaps for their business area. Driving a high performing organization.
