Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with inquiries. This is high volume, customer service environment. High School Diploma / GED (or higher).

Strong presentation skills and the ability to address content across stakeholders from regional support level to the field and front-line associates.

PHR/SPHR certification or similar certification preferred. Minimum of three years working in Human Resources or related field required.

BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field is preferred. Professional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus. Understanding of data analysis and forecasting.
