Title: Marketing Director/Content Creator

Position Summary

The Marketing Director’s primary responsibility is to implement and execute the desired marketing strategy for Eastern Shore Smile Solutions. That strategy will be a mix of traditional marketing mediums (Radio, TV, and Direct Mail) and more content focused mediums (Social Media, Video & Audio on Demand, and Written/Still Image Pieces). This individual will have a large role in designing and determining the ongoing marketing strategy for the practice. In addition, the Marketing Director will be responsible for planning and running major practice events. Lastly, this individual will have input in and manage certain aspects of the patient experience for the practice.

Essential Functions

  • Provide results backed input and insight into best marketing practices in determining the marketing strategy for the practice
  • Manage, promote, and evolve the practice’s brand and public image
  • Manage the practice’s radio presence in our market
  • Manage the practice’s direct mail presence in our market
  • Manage the practice’s social media presence (Primary: Facebook & Instagram, Secondary: Twitter, etc)
  • Manage the practice’s website and other online presence
  • Develop, create, and edit video content for the practice with either a marketing or educational focus and deliver appropriately on television, social media, and video streaming platforms
  • Develop, create, and edit audio content for the practice with either a marketing or educational focus and deliver appropriately
  • Develop and create Written/Still Image pieces for the practice with either a marketing or educational focus for use on social media, in office, or in print marketing/media
  • Plan, Prepare, and Execute major practice events, such as our annual Serving those Who Served Us event
  • Manage inventory and keep stock of certain items pertaining to the patient experience
  • Audit and provide constructive feedback on the patient experience
  • Work within a set budget and look for the best return out of every dollar spent

Required Experience and Education

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communication, or other related field
  • Mastery of computers and ability to quickly learn new software

Desired Experience and Education

  • Two years marketing experience in any field
  • Proficiency with Adobe suite or similar software
  • Photography and Videography experience
  • Video, Audio, and Photo editing and production experience

Work Remotely

  • Temporarily due to COVID-19

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
