The Industrial Market Copywriter is a member of the Marketing department and responsible for creating, editing, and developing content across a wide range of industrial markets. As a member of the marketing department, you will create content that will be used across all communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Write compelling, original, and informative copy for a range of communications.
• Establish and maintain brand voice and message consistency.
• Use a collaborative approach to identify specific tasks and determine next steps.
• Proofread and edit new and existing copy to ensure it is accurate and well-researched.
• Craft technical content to the reader, audiences will range from novice to expert levels.
• Ability to pivot and work in a group environment or independently.
• Demonstrated ability to craft messaging based on channels of communication.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
• Work on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.

Education and Experience

• BS in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
• 5-7 years of copywriting experience, preferably in an engineering or mechanical field
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge of online content strategy and SEO and UX best practices
• Collaborative, team player, with drive to develop professional skillset
• B2B marketing experience preferred
