The job. What you will be doing as a Maintenance Team Member:

• Maintains campus buildings identifying damage, repairing damage, working with team associates to reduce the damages throughout all campuses.
• Repairs facility damage within 72 hours unless materials that are on order are still inbound.
• Drives recognition of potential areas that will create damage.
• Changes bulbs, filters and desiccant as required.
• Manages the generators to insure they start as required and trains appropriate supervisors and managers on hook-ups.
• Identifies work that requires outside vendors and notifies Warehouse Manager of these.

What you need to land this awesome job:

• Education: High School (GED)
• Experience:
• Three years of maintenance responsibilities.
• 3-5 years refrigeration experience preferred

• License or Certification: N/A
• Travel requirements: Occasional travel to various campuses
• Minimum Physical requirements:
• Ability to stand for up to 6 hours.
• Work in a temperature controlled environment of about 30F

• Minimum Behavior requirements: You must Be Humble, Stay Hungry and Live Smart

A day in the life (but not limited to):

• Performs preventative maintenance on all buildings to keep them in operating condition.
• Completes appropriate documentation to meet BRC/SQF requirements and allow management to track facility maintenance.
• Works with contracts on site to complete jobs in a timely fashion and minimize expenses.
• Work in a safe manner so as not to endanger self or other team members in the facility,
• Address all issues as directed by the Warehouse Manager or other management staff to insure safe working conditions in the facilities at all times.
• Perform good craftsmanship on all projects working to completion prior to beginning another project.
