Maintains sanitary safe workstation and handles food in a manner that is consistent with federal, state, and local health department guidelines.

College degree in construction management or engineering preferred; Minimum 1-2 years construction industry experience, preferred;

Prepares capital calls and distributions for management approval. Records daily journal entries and reviews cash reporting.

Must possess valid drivers license and a good driving record. Must be a registered nurse (RN) in Maryland and a graduate of an accredited program for nursing.

The position objectively assists in monitoring and evaluating the quality and content of inbound and/or outbound telephone calls, chats, and emails.
