LANDSCAPE OPERATIONS MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Manage the day-to-day workflow of the Maintenance department.
  • Schedule and manage full scope of landscape maintenance work.
  • Oversee crew leads and train staff.
  • Manage equipment, materials, and logistics.
  • Understanding of irrigation, weeding and herbicide management.
  • Shared snow management with other managers during the winter season.
  • Focus on maintaining and managing outstanding customer service for our residential customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple crews at the same time.
  • Control and manage budgets and costs.
  • Client relationship building and development.
  • Leader for implementation, safety trainings, and team building.
  • Conduct regular calls with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the performance of services.
  • Identify and pursue Business Development opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A proven and successful operational management record with a thorough knowledge, demonstrated achievement and success within the Landscaping industry is required.
  • Green industry experience required.
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite and ability to learn new software systems.
  • Must have experience with inventory management, work force utilization and scheduling, budget preparation, conflict resolution and have a customer first service mentality.
  • Leader and team player.
  • Energetic, motivated to succeed and driven.
  • Punctual & positive attitude.
  • Pro-active communication skills.
  • Strong management and organization skills.

SCHEDULE: Workload will fluctuate with seasons. Schedule is flexible to manage workload appropriately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
