To develop a plan of care for the patient and be responsible for its implementation and modification as necessary.

Assist in activities across the network to ensure sanitation managers or leads are accompanying account managers during service calls, reviewing service reports

Must have a valid drivers license in accordance to policy. Services include: assessment, emotional support, assistance with financial and other social service

Provide manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests. A bachelors degree in a STEM discipline, or achievement of a masters level

Service Advisor would also be expected to work in the shop and field as needed, and take technical service calls from customers and dealers.
