POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

JDE Business Systems Analyst will serve as the Voice of IT as it relates to application ownership by converting business requirements into detailed system requirements and conceptual designs, creating and executing unit/module tests for solutions, managing the system lifecycle and supplier relationship for applications, and providing Customer Service Excellence while supporting and improving the solutions. This is a hybrid position with the analyst being in the office, 3 days a week after the initial 2-3 months. Local candidates preferred; some relocation assistance is available for highly qualified professionals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Provide support for the integration and implementation of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2
Participate in system upgrades by assisting in planning and testing those upgrades
Continuously gains an understanding of the customers' operations and how systems are used in support of their operations, transferring knowledge to users, developers and IT support personnel
Stay abreast of new JDE releases and applications and present opportunities for improvement to the business units
Determine functional requirements and recommends workable JDE solutions to management and staff
Develop a team of superusers within area of responsibility
Participate in the JDE Quest user community

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent
3+ years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manufacturing Modules: MPS and MRP, Capacity Planning
1+ year of experience with Release 9.2
Understand JDE integration methodology and ability to understand and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Strong organizational, coordination, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead others and work in a team environment
