Job Description :

We are currently seeking an Interior Designer / Sales Team Member to join our team! We are searching for individuals who have a passion for interior design, a burning desire to help others, and the ambition to learn how to turn their skills into a career. We are a 50 year old company with a steady growth pattern with many different interior design products. Training will be provided as you grow within the company.

Staff Activities include Kitchen & Bath Design, Interior Decorating, Coordinating of colors and styles for our clients, sales of cabinets, flooring, countertops, and other areas that require sales. Planning, coordinating, designing, and promoting activities to meet customer demand & generate revenue. Processing invoices, proposals, and other related paperwork. Revenue processing and documentation. Provide quality customer service. Basic cleaning working with other staff and senior management. Must be physically able to handle activities relating to design, such as being able to lift 20 lbs.

Required Qualifications: Ability to use, create, and understand measurements, organization, communication, sales skills, and friendly disposition. Good Sense of Color and Design. A background in Cabinets, Counter Tops, Flooring, Construction, Drafting, Design, Interior Design, other related fields, and/or a related degree.

Qualifications (Not required but beneficial): 20/20, sketch-up, or similar software experience. Previously worked as a kitchen designer, interior designer, interior design assistant, decorator, design intern, and residential or commercial design.

Compensation: Base salary plus commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
