Industrial Construction Estimator & Sales

We are hiring an experienced industrial construction estimator/sales individual. We are seeking an estimator who has experience working on large-scale industrial construction projects. We focus on industrial related fabrication, manufacturing, builds, reconstruction, plant maintenance, millwright work, and welding. We work closely with many industrial plants and large corporations throughout the DFW metroplex and extended neighboring counties. This potential candidate must be willing to reach out and visit various plants and businesses in a professional and knowledgeable manner about various types of industrial construction scopes of work.

The estimator will be responsible for creating, calculating and submitting accurate bids for construction projects; they will also be responsible for overseeing project schedules and ensuring that all deadlines are met and will work closely with production staff and clients to resolve any issues as they arise.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed construction estimates.
• Analyze blueprints, gather required measurements, and measure existing structures.
• Review current contracts.
• Work closely with architects and site supervisors to ensure completion of project on time and within budget.
• Prepare budgets and track expenses on existing projects.
• Schedules meetings with clients, site managers, and staff.
• Navigates and understands building codes.
• Processes paperwork and travels to building sites as required.
• Monitors construction processes.
• Stays up to date with safety codes and improvements in construction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
