Team work is emphasized as well as each employee’s responsibility for individual work load. Due to expansion, we are looking to add an experienced, self-motivated Coder.

What you will be doing

  • Generate and code all insurance claims
  • Identifies coding or billing problems from EOBs and works to correct the errors in a timely manner;

We are seeking candidates who are:

  • After in office training, this position will be remote but must live in the vicinity of the office in Carmel, IN.
  • Certified Coder, CPC or CSS required, CCI and RHIT preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of coding experience and billing experience.
  • Prior experience with EMR System (Cerner preferred), Microsoft Office, Insurance Portals, electronic claim submission;
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized, must be able to stay on task, detail oriented and a self-starter
