HVAC Lead Generator

We are hiring an energetic, articulate Lead Generator to call on clients and future clients, maintain relationships and generate HVAC and refrigeration service and repair calls. The Lead Generator will be skilled in creating a rapport and addressing the needs and concerns of clients. You will guide and advise the customer to select the most appropriate HVAC maintenance, repair or replacement options to fulfill their requirements.

To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient and have excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel and Word)
• Verbal communications with clients and potential clients
• Listening to client needs and asking proper questions
• Setting appointments to dispatch the proper services for client needs
• Keeping daily logs and records of all outbound contacts and contact attempts
• Assisting with customer’s queries

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent

2+ years sales experience

• Basic understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration & heating
• A willingness to gain further education
• A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude
• Willingness/ability to engage with customers over the phone
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays

Job Type: Part time - 4 or 8 hour shifts available

Hourly Rate of $15-$18 Plus Incentive Pay Equals Potential for $30/Hour
