Human Resources Generalist
Skybox Packaging is a fast-growing corrugated manufacturer looking to expand the Human Resources Department with a dynamic, confidential, and motivated individual who will be responsible for assisting in all facets of the Human Resources department.
Knowledge of and experience in the following are required:
  • Recruiting and staffing
  • Employee onboarding & development
  • Retention management
  • Turnover management
  • Performance management and improvement systems
  • Employee relations
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Safety & Workers’ Compensation
  • Unemployment
  • Employee recognition programs
  • HRIS systems
  • Engagement Surveys
  • EEO, ADA, FMLA, ERISA
  • OSHA requirements
  • Payroll administration
  • 401k

Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Highly detailed and organized
  • Ability to collaborate will numerous levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Support and promote the company culture and mission
Education and Experience Required
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business
