Communication abilities with team and guests. Hire & train front of house staff. Communicate between front and back of house. Set and maintain a shift schedule.

In-bound and out-bound calls to and from prospective customers who need our product. Ability to really listen to customers and understand their needs.

Writing skills sufficient to develop written communications, promotional and advertising material and/or to evaluate the work of vendors.

You would not have your own Assistant but we do have Assistants who would be willing to help flip rooms, sterilize, etc to help you keep on time.

Assumes 100% responsibility for the experience of our guests. Performs job to our high standards every day, and ask question when clarification is needed.
