Job Description :

We are looking for a HR Operations and Compliance Specialist who will work closely with our HR Manager and Insurance Director to maintain a variety of organizational compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the organizations employee insurance licensing, which may include database management, network support, and maintenance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law.
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale and training and development.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience:

  • At least 2 years of human resource experience
  • At least 1 year of compliance experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
