Position Description

As a Purchasing/Warehouse Associate, you will work to ensure the Armory provides exceptional service and production for our project teams. You are a key factor in ensuring the quality of our work product and the satisfaction of our team members.

Job Knowledge:

• Work according to and ensure others work according to the Project Blueprint specifications when applicable.
• Provide purchasing support of all companies and the warehouse.
• Receives and fulfills material, tool, and equipment requisitions.
• Coordinates and dispatches deliveries to jobsites.
• Tracks and ensures accurate shipping and receiving of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Use of computer programs and applications to communicate and control material, tool, and equipment management.
• Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.

Quality of Work:

• Assist in loading/unloading of vehicles in a timely manner.
• All fulfillment of requisitions in an accurate, timely manner.
• All material, tool, and equipment transactions in an accurate, timely manner.
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
• Perform daily equipment checks.

Quality of Work:

• Assists company employees at the front counter to ensure their needs are met.
• Follow to completion any purchases or fulfillment needs from requisition to fulfillment.
• Ensure deliveries are scheduled and complete.
• Ensure all transactions and purchases are properly recorded in their respective software programs.
• Monitor warehouse area and ensure it is cleaned, organized, and that all safety procedures are being followed at all times by yourself and your team mates.

Position Requirements

Forklift Certification within 30 days of Hire.
DOT Certification or completion within 6 months of Hire.
Computer skills in basic Microsoft programs are required and ability to learn computer software programs.
Ability to work according to the Blueprint of our Culture.
