Collaborate with patient, provider and care team to develop and implement a plan of care to ensure medically appropriate cost-effective care.

Set up training classes for field crew. Maintain database of sub-contractors. Track and send notices of expiring certificates to sub-contractors.

Responsibilities include greeting & registering patients, answer telephone, scheduling appointments, routing messages. Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).

Executes the business plan and achieves financial performance, including sales, budgets, and cost control, according to established goals for a location(s).

This position would require a personable individual that is able to warmly greet patients in person and is well-organized and reliable.
