Description:

This position requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional creativity, and a passion for design. The Senior Graphics Designer will work closely with the creative team, marketing team, and other departments to ensure that all design projects are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute design concepts for a range of marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, digital ads, email campaigns, product packaging, and print collateral.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all design materials align with brand guidelines, messaging, and overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, incorporating them into design concepts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Graphics Designer or similar role, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio that showcases exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of design principles.
