Overview

Upper Valley Family seeking full time General Contractor / Property Manager / Handy-Person to assist managing three active renovations that are underway or planned over the next 3 years.

The candidate should be experienced as a General Contractor with at 10 to 20 years of experience working in the local area (Upper Valley from Lebanon to Rumney NH).

The job involves finding and managing subs for three properties and actually "doing the work" where specialized subs are unavailable (especially for punch-list items and carpentry).

Additional Details

The candidate should be willing, interested and able to travel in the USA occasionally to assist with other property in New England and in Florida.

Depending on the candidate, other responsibilities could include project management, renovation oversight, and managing household staff.
