We are currently hiring Furnace Trainees.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, Valid Driver’s License

Follows work instructions to perform tasks safely and consistent.

Work in all areas of the furnace. Starts with basic training on casting operations. Work ethic, ability to learn, performance and attendance drives promotion opportunity Forklift experience wanted but not required Minimizes losses throughout process Job duties require lifting 45 lbs. or applying 45 lbs. of torque pressure, monitor the operation of gauges dials or other indicators to make sure machine is working properly.

Will use cranes and other material moving equipment. Physical work in warm areas. Good communication skills, mechanical aptitude is plus, problem solving skills is a plus, adaptability to various working conditions, and working in a team.

Schedule works 12 hour rotating shifts, 14 shifts per month with every month 7 consecutive days off (1 week off every month). Full schedule details will be discussed during interview.
