Execute and provide input into the recruitment and selection processes, systems and tools to efficiently source, assess, select and integrate new hires.

Electrical engineering or computer science with embedded controls development focus or mechanical engineering with actual software and controls experience.

Candidates must hold a Montana license or be eligible for MT licensure. Able to obtain a Montana license (Required). Referrals for treatment or other services.

Must have a valid Wisconsin Driver's license, a vehicle and insurance coverage. Develop working relationships and collaboration with collegues across Goodwill
