Maintain a valid Indiana driver's license. Direct calls and take messages for Human Resources staff. Perform filing and clerical duties.

Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyse the data.

He/she will also oversee activities in the front reception area including ensuring that visitors are greeted and received in a timely manner.
