Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with individuals.

NEA follows all current local, state and federal guidelines. Participate in new project discovery, configuration design, testing, and deployment.

Candidate must have a degree in civil, environmental or structural engineering or equivalent. Civil engineering: 1 year (Required).
