Oversee incoming correspondence and requests, prioritize items that need immediate attention. Ability to execute independent judgment.

PHR/SPHR certification or similar certification preferred. Minimum of three years working in Human Resources or related field required.

Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and computer documentation. Good communication skills with staff and patients.
