The role:

We are seeking a detail oriented candidate with a portfolio of experience in different businesses, preferably in Construction, E-commerce and/ or Venture Capital. As a Financial Account with REHAU New Ventures, you will have a high degree of independence and ownership for your decisions and tasks. An ideal candidate will take initiative and contribute to the development of processes that support the overall financial performance of our business.

• Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
• Receivables and Payables Bookkeeping (purchase to pay, order to cash processes support)
• Liquidity planning
• Forecast costs and revenues
• Manage tax payments
• Organize internal audits
• Prepare budgets
• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
• Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
• Analyze financial trends
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years experience in accounting/financial planning
• Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (Quickbooks required)
• In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
• Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
• Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
• Time-management abilities
