Job Description :
Our team is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to add to our Managerial Team. You will be responsible for developing and bolstering operations for our brand. This position will be primarily based in the field due to increased demand during a time of rapid growth. This position has a great opportunity to transition into a full-time in-house leadership role. This position will be relied on to ensure our newly positioned branch is set up for daily and future success. This candidate should have moving and managerial experience to bridge the current needs and push development of the brand.
Job Duties:
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Must be able to lift 100+lbs.
- Managing daily warehouse & field operations (daily dispatch sheets, scheduling, inventory management, etc.)
- Operate and/or Assist teammates in operating a Straight Truck with a 26’box; Timely transportation of products from origin to destination; Ensure all paperwork regarding deliveries is completed accurately.
- Operate and/or Assist teammates through long-haul moves out of South Branch throughout the country. Understand and effectively follow all DOT regulations surrounding long-haul programs.
- Furniture Assembly & Disassembly
- Fleet management and maintenance (coordinating truck needs with local vendors)
- Effectively communicate with staff internally and in the field
- Understand and effectively utilize internal CRMs to communicate with customers, vendors, and co-workers
- Ensure self and crew maintain vehicle inspections and logs as required for compliance with state and federal motor carrier guidelines (DVIR, HOS logs when required, Fuel Receipts); Abide by all company safety policies; Obey all state/federal roadway regulations.
- Ensure self and crew are providing excellent customer service in every interaction, making sure our clients are completely satisfied following every delivery.
- Hiring; Remain active in the interview and hiring process.
- Training & Development of new candidates; Promoting growth and development.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years moving experience; required
- 2-5 years management experience; required
- Ability to Lead/Supervise a Team
- Verbal and written communication

Pay:
Salary commensurate with experience, up to $60,000 annually
