Must have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, related field or equivalent and 18 months of experience in HVAC Estimating in the Mechanical

Minimum 2 years experience in customer service to be able to effectively handle various customer situations (on the telephone and in person).

Three years supervisory experience A valid California Guard Card is required A valid Drivers License and clean driving record.

College degree in construction management or engineering preferred; Minimum 1-2 years construction industry experience, preferred;

Perform collections through phone calls and emails to ensure timely receivables. Associates degree and/ or equivalent experience in relevant field.
