Dilly Logistics is a premier FedEx Contractor looking for long term, full or part time employees. We are based out of Rogers, MN at 19705 Rogers Drive, Rogers, MN. We treat our employees like family and are compiled with a strong TEAM of safety minded drivers.

Pay is $200 - $215 per day depending on experience

Pay is weekly every Friday

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to work weekends
• Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen (urine analysis)
• Applicants must pass a background check (no felonies/violent crimes)
• Applicants must pass a DOT physical prior to employment
• Have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 36 months.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must have 1 year within the past 3 years of verified experience as a full time driver (ie. taxi driver, Uber/Lyft driver, pizza driver, FedEx driver, etc.)
• Must not have more than 1 accident in the previous 36 months.
• Must be able to get in and out of vehicle 140-175 times per day.
• Be able to lift 70+ lbs.
• Does NOT require CDL license

Duties Include

• Operate a truck / step van in a variety of weather and traffic conditions (18' to 22' in length)
• Arrive at terminal at 8 am day ends when route is completed
• Ability to use handheld scanner
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Pickup and deliver packages to/from customer locations in a timely manner
• Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle (before and after shift)
• Maintain accurate inventory of packages

Compensation

• $150 Training pay (1 to 2 weeks long)
• $200 - $215 per day after training depending on experience
