Family Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified

Looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to work in a fast paced primary care medical walk in clinic. Company pays for CMEs malpractice insurance and credentialing fees. !!!TUITION REIMBURSEMENT OFFERED!!!!

Primary Job Duties:

• Perform complete physical exams and assessments of patients.
• Select, order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Analyze reports and findings of tests to diagnose patients.
• Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness and injury.
• Preform procedures including, suturing and splinting
• Explain procedures, discuss test results and prescribed treatments with patients.
• Document findings and treatment course in patient electronic medical record including follow-up notes.
• Direct professional and ancillary staff regarding treatment of patients.
• Maintain up to date knowledge base for current medical practices.
• Maintain strictest confidentiality.

Education:

• Master’s degree from accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Licensure/Certifications:

• Board Certification in Family Nurse Practitioner
• Arizona State licensure
• Current DEA licensure
• BLS Certification
• X WAIVER

Experience:

• A minimum of one year clinical experience as a licensed nurse practitioner in primary care or urgent care with pediatric and adult patients required. (At least two years preferred)
• Experience in ADDICTION MANAGEMENT or experience with Mental Health patients a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $140,000.00 per year

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
