Premier, specialty meat store in southwest Missouri is looking to hire a full-time, experienced meat marketing and sales professional to help develop and promote our brand and products to consumers not just locally, but also nation-wide.

The ideal candidate must be able to show proven experience in meat marketing and sales. Your primary focus will be on marketing and selling our Akaushi, Angus and pork products to retail and wholesale outlets, on-line customers and restaurants.

We feature our very own locally raised Akaushi Wagyu, Angus and pork from our farm, also located in southwest Missouri. We provide the true farm-to-table experience for our customers. Our ethically raised livestock are free of antibiotics and hormones and fed an all-natural diet of grass and grain. We are meticulous about the care and well being of our animals. We are a hardworking, family-oriented operation that believes this is more than just a job - this is our lifestyle! We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality beef and pork not only to our families - but our customers. Consumer trust and confidence is extermely important to our operation.
