Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.

Assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; reviewing policies and practices

Contact the nursing staff for emergency medical needs and answer patient and visitor questions. Verify all insurance and obtain pre-certification/authorization.

Must maintain positive resident and guest relations through a courteous, cooperative and understanding manner. Assists with dish room tasks.
