We have a couple of opportunities for experience Executive Assistants:
Executive Assistant to CEO: We are looking for a highly organized and experienced individual to support the CEO. Please only inquire if you have 20 years prior experience supporting a CEO of a manufacturing company larger than 1000 employees or $500 million in revenue.
Executive Assistant to Chief of Staff: Must have at least test (10) years of executive assistant experience in a mid-sized company.
Job Summary
The CEO Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other senior staff. This role will also manage the office lobbies, conference rooms, and ensure the buildings in Roanoke are professional and pleasant.
