We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented candidate with exceptional communication skills, technical savvy, and a passion for excellence to join our fun, fast-paced, community focused and growing real estate team primarily supporting our CEO. The Executive Assistant is an individual who works well independently and demonstrates proven problem-solving skills. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage systems across the organization with minimal supervision. The Executive Assistant is deeply committed to achieving the CEO and organizational goals and deliverables with a high degree of quality and consistent communication.
This is a full-time role. Candidate must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours, Monday through Friday in an office environment located in Bolton, MA, with some flexibility for working remotely. We offer paid time off, training/education, an outstanding company culture and growth opportunities!
Compensation:$22 - $25 hourly

Course work or certification / education in restaurant or business field is highly desired. Drive product quality and guest satisfaction consistently operating
Person should be able to : *greet patients, collect their information, answer any questions, schedule appointments, and verify insurance information*.
Greet visitors, handle incoming inquiries, and check-in patients for appointments. Provide basic financial clerical support duties.
