Assists the physician and office staff with selected duties to include clerical processing, patient preparation, scheduling, lab, x-ray and medical records.

Collection of field data operating electromagnetic induction locating equipment with all accessories. OSHA10 safety card certification is required.

Executive office support includes serving as the receptionist for the Foundation Office. Associates degree required, bachelors degree preferred.

Current IL Registered Nurse (RN) license or IL Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Hands-on training in our state-of-the-art SIM lab.
