Perform root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies. This is a long-term role with room to cross train in production departments.

Our experienced technicians (5+ years with own tools): Can perform repairs efficiently with little or no problems, including electrical and air conditioning

Review and respond to all emails and phone calls within a timely manner. Obtain certification to book travel within 5-days upon starting.

Will answer questions or refer callers to others based on university policy and procedure. May field complaints brought to the Presidents Office.

Must have a valid drivers license. Perform administrative support tasks for the department such as scanning documents, answering calls, bill payment processing
