Minimum 3 years CDL truck driving experience, experience driving a variety of trucks preferred. Must not have any license suspensions within the last 2 years.

Triage of patient phone calls. Work with team to maintain Patient Centered Medical Home certification. Perform basic lab tests and EKGs.

Answers mail, phone calls and inquiries on own initiative, routing correspondence to the appropriate person if necessary.

Valid driver's license, car insurance, and clearances. Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, case consultations, training, and quality assurance

Load and Unload products (80% warehouse, 20% driving). 6 months recent driving experience. This job is offering $1,400/$1,500 Per Wk. and a $5,000 sign on bonus
