Pharmacist license with the state of Ohio (Required). Adhere to all company, state, federal policies, laws and regulations including HIPAA.

Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle. Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice.

Dementia certification or willingness to become certified. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing by the state in which the community is located.

Participate in the design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and evaluation of automated electrical systems. Conduct preliminary and final design reviews.
