Bachelors degree in a related field. Maintain and develop relationships with key players at the local universities, as well as internal and external suppliers.

To drive company vehicles must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver license. Many positions will require a state gaming license.

Ensures consistent application of HR policies, practices, procedures and compliance with state and federal laws. Functions as HR contact for the Division.

Be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting; May supervise less than two full time employees.
