Incumbent must be capable & able to travel and have reliable transportation to include a valid drivers license. Assist the physician with office visits.

State or Local Law may require a certificate upon completion of an alcohol awareness/safety class as well as state-certified proper food handling certification.

Certified as Occupational Therapist as state required. Lays out materials for patients use and cleans and repairs tools at end of session.
