Crownline Boats is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the sales, marketing, and business development activities for the company. This position will report to the V.P. & General Manager and work closely with the company’s leadership team to continue and accelerate the worldwide growth the company is experiencing. This position is based out of the company’s West Frankfort, IL facility and will involve approximately 25% travel.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and provide guidance to the company’s sales and marketing departments.

Work closely with outside sales team to cultivate and expand relationships with dealer network.

Development of overall company sales and marketing strategies.

Monitor market activities and competitive products to be proactive in maintaining the company’s industry leadership position.

Anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction.

Recruiting and hiring staff and develop training programs.

Work with marketing department to develop print and on-line promotional materials.

Creating sales goals and budgets for the department.

Develop and provide sales reports to company leadership.

Position Requirements

Five years of work experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing or similar role .

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods and the ability to motivate employees and customers.

Crownline Boats is a leading manufacturer of fiberglass pleasure boats with a worldwide dealer network of independent dealerships. Models range in length from 20’ to 31’ and include bowriders, deck and surf boats along with our new Finseeker line of single and dual console boats. Both stern drive and outboard engines are offered. This position offers a competitive base salary, performance bonus and benefits package. Qualified candidates should have a BA in Business or Marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
